But I think this is a smaller bird, by an inch or so. Very similar in size to the red breasted nuthatches we have. There's alway some variation so you might be right. The patterns are very similar.

OK. Got more votes for yellow throat Warbler from real bird people. Seems unanimous. This was one of a pair. They hopped together and checked out all the flower pots. Really cute.
