Obama's "International Relations" and his job performanceSubmitted by adanovi on Mon, 2008/03/10 - 10:28pm.

Angela,
McCain is the enemy not Obama. How about writing about how either Clinton or Obama would tons better than McCain? How about examining McCain's record (hint: He's not the "Straight Shooter" the media have helped make him out to be). Try doing that OK?

Adanovi seems to be here for the sole purpose of trashing Obama.
Steve:
It seems that Obama has been given a free pass by both the media and our party. While it seems that everyone (in both parties) is completely comfortable with questioning Hillary on EVERYTHING, it has become completely un PC to even question the Obama campaign, by anyone. To even raise the three questions to his one favorite word "change," is considered an insult to the Obama Cult. My questions are: "What is Obama planning to change? When is he planning to change it? How is he planning to change it? He cannot provide answers to our party or to the American people. It seems supposedly educated and intelligent Democrats have found themselves in the middle of an O-bamagasim. All they can see is their new messiah who makes them feel good without any substance.
I've reached a point where I think Democrats who have serious concerns about Obama should put them out there because no one else is doing it. I'm getting emails every day from people who have the same concerns that I do but are concerned about being attacked for questioning Obama.
Angela,
Have you watched FOX News? They're all over Obama like a cheap suit about everything (tho rightnow they seem to be focusing on Rev. Wright, his preacher). The only one getting a "pass" is John McCain. So, no, I don't buy the Obama's getting a free pass. The only one playing that is HRC becuase, I beleive, things aren't going the way way her campaign wanted them to go. AND that she seems (so far at least) willing to say, do anything to win the nomination.
The Rezko thing is dead, chech this out (good coverage, check the internal links for more details):
Link...
Obama came out and answered every question put him on the subject so get off it that dog ain't hunting anymore.
HRC's claims of Foreign Policy experience are getting laughed are getting laughed at (Irish negotiators termed her claims "silly." So come on! One of the two will be the nominee after August and we're all going to need to get behimd them. I can live with, support and work for HRC if she wins. Can you if Obama wins?

Why should I be the one questioned about whether or not I could support Obama when Obama himself said "If I get the nomination, I know the party base will support me because I am the nominee, but I don't think I can say that my supporters could support her"
Why hasn't Obama had to answer for that? Why have we, as a party, allowed that go unchecked?
I expect to be working almost solely for our Senatorial Nominee, which should Obama be the nominee is the best that I can do for him because as much as he may want to boast about his so-called "working with everyone," I don't see Senate or House republicans too eager to work with him or Senate/House Democrats towards a new agenda. So, the best support I could give Obama should he (unfortunately) be our nominee is to work the Senatorial Candidate because Obama's going to need it.
Do you really think that disbanding the Iraqi constitution is the best idea? Obama has stated that is his plan for Iraq. That concerns me!
You have been a member of Knoxviews for 1 week 5 hours and posted 4 entries...each one bashing Obama. We get it...you dont like Obama. Move along now.
Trashing would be talking about the hard drug use of Obama. Trashing would be talking about his questionable (possibly illegal) association with Rezko. Trashing would be talking about how unfeminine, rude, and insulting Obama's wife is.
I'm here as a Democrat questioning Obama's campaign. There is a difference!
Angela,
It sounds as if your schreeching. We can argue for, against whatever. Turn it down a notch, or two.
Obama may not be perfect but then HRC certianly isn't either. The devil incarnate is McCain! Keep that in mind.

Yeah, won't he ever shut up about that? Uh, wait--I've never heard him mention that at all.
It's on his website. You can find it. Attacking me about making stuff up is just like some other people in Democracy for America who didn't believe it and said I was just repeating trash. Actually, I found it on his website. He has stated it in speeches and on November 19 specifically said that since he lived overseas in Indonesia he had the strongest foreign policy experience. So, just because YOU haven't heard it doesn't mean that it wasn't said multiple times.
We all know that Will Rogers once said he didn't belong to an organized party, he was a Democrat.
With the quagmire that is the legacy of the Republican administration, the only way that a Bush clone can win this fall is if Democrats insist on continuing to shoot themselves in the foot with this foolish bickering and just hand the damned thing to McCain on a silver platter.
BTW a friend sent me this link the other day to a site put up by the AFL-CIO.

It would be more accurate to say she "helped" or "supported" these things. A laudable effort too, but single-handedly she hasn't really done much.
As for Obama's pass--surely you joke. This week's media-bashing was constant and brutal. Faux News in between covering their usual racy or murderous stuff was spending hours and hours trying to tear Obama apart limb by limb.
Fortunately our future president remained cool and level-headed through this whole circus. That's the quality that inspired so many military brass to endorse him last week. They felt those qualities would be needed by the next Commander-in-Chief. They felt Obama was the best man for the job.
"Man" being the operative word.
