Sources tell us that Knoxville News Sentinel reporter Randy Kenner has been offered a PR position in Knoxville Mayor Bill Haslam's office. Apparently he would replace Amy Nolan, a former News Sentinel business editor who is going back to the News Sentinel as editor of their new Business Journal.

UPDATE: Mayor Haslam has also announced a new all-in-one Finance Director and Deputy Mayor [1].
