Is it time to look at Independent write-in candidates for County Commission?

Will there be Independent write-in candidates that will file before June 23rd to offer voters the chance to make a protest vote against the nine term limited incumbents? If people come forward as Independent write-in candidates to offer you this choice will you vote for them?
On another front, are these the people you feel are best qualified to re-write our Knox County Charter?

District 2: Commissioner David Collins and Nancy Young
District 3: Commissioner Ivan Harmon and David Duncan
District 4: Commissioner Phil Guthe and Bruce Anderson
District 5: Commissioner Mike Hammond, Linda Ford and Ken Dunlap
District 6: Commissioner Larry Stephens and Laura Bailey
District 7: Commissioner Mary Lou Horner and Alice Loy
District 8: Commissioner John Mills and Suzanne Sanders
District 9: Commissioner Larry Clark and Carol Troyer
I don't know everyone on this list but I know enough to be very disheartened by the choices. Every name I recognize is dead set against term limits or they have reason to support those who are term-limited.
Guess we are going to end up with the same charter less term limits and a few special changes that "upsize" the power pie?
